Melt one Zooper Dooper ice block

(Deep Space Lime) until the cosmic

flavour shimmers in the pan. Reduce

heat and pour into a tiny glass vial.

 

In another pot, boil one shoe found

in the ocean (Mediterranean if you can

get it, otherwise Pacific will do)

until the leather is soft, while still retaining

its salty tang.

 

Drain shoe, taking care to collect any fish bones,

seaweed and other debris that may have caught

in laces. Simmer these for two minutes.

 

Add one splash of cosmic flavour reduction and tip

onto plate. Serve with or without shoe.
